The 2007 Gammafest will take place over 2 days - Saturday June 9 and Sunday June 10.

At the present time we are looking at having a dinner the evening of Friday June 8th at a local watering hole as this was such a popular event at Donnington! Registration is on now - see link below!

Event and Track rules.

OSC is the primary host for the event and as such we will need to abide by their rules for track events. I (Kevin) will be working with Pat at the OSC to address special needs for our group and also make sure that our interests are maintained. The track is a new facility and HAS to show good stewardship with local residents so it is our responsibility to leave a good impression.

We are setting up the event so it can be an "invitation only" participants event between the RG500 Owners, the Ottawa Safety Council and 1 other riding group from Toronto. We are doing this so that we can all get a lot of track time with a reduction in down time due to track incidents.

Costs:

Costs are final at $200 CANADIAN for 1 day ad $360 CANADIAN for both days - that is about 80/150 pound sterling, 165/300 USD or 135/250 Euros right now. That is a fantastic deal - Participation will be limited in numbers to 32 per group plus marshals so you wont have to worry about 50 guys coming past you at once and with a 5 km long track that is 40 ft wide, there will be lots of safety room.
